Sarah (née Moussabih) has been cooking professionally since 2008 at establishments in both the UK and Finland. Born the daughter of a Finnish mother and Moroccan father, Sarah grew up appreciating two unique culinary cultures. She first came to the attention of the public as a contestant in the Finnish edition of Hell’s Kitchen in 2013 where she finished as the runner up. Her experience on the show ignited a hunger to compete with some of the very best cooking talent in Europe. After relocating to Wales, Sarah started her own small business ‘Nordic Catering’ and set the goal of promoting Nordic ingredients and methods. This was realised with an opportunity to move to London and push the Nordic brand even further. Sarah now operates as a private chef providing bespoke catering experiences. In recent times Sarah has enjoyed success at ‘The National Chef of the Year’ competition at Le Cordon Bleu, London finishing most recently as a finalist.
